WinShell 1.4 - Efficient Program Manager Replacement

Tired of wasting >100K of Windows memory and lots of GDI resoures for icons
on Program Manager? WinShell is based on Program Manager group files and
allows running of applications based on a hierarchical menu structure.
One of the groups can be designated as the main group and displayed as
icon buttons. Also replaces Task Manager and categorizes into tasks, programs 
and resources. Version 1.4 now also features instance management and 
pop-up help for icon buttons. Freeware, uploaded by author
